To support our ambitious growth plan, UNITE Talent Solutions is looking to hire a TeleSales person with experience of cold calling in B2B, the willingness to learn and the hunger to succeed.
As a lead generator, you will contact and qualify potential business clients. This is an outbound telephone based role so you will need to be comfortable interacting with clients over the phone and leading the conversation.
There is an opportunity as you develop your knowledge and skills to up skill into the full Account Manager
role where you will have full responsibility for the customer relationship.
Position Overview
-B2B lead generation and sales prospecting
-Outbound cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections
-Manage own workload/call backs via KPI’s
-Transferring leads over to an allocated sales closer
-Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities (build a client portfolio)
-Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals
-Creating and updating activity reports
Key Hiring Criteria
Determined highly driven sales person
Experience in a sales environment
Knowledge of and interest in technology sector
Excellent communication & computer skills
High Ability to produce quality documentation
Highly attention to detail, dedicated, hardworking and organised multi tasker
